Podrán presentar propuestas de comunicación (en solitario o en autoría colectiva con máximo de tres autores) tanto investigadores vinculados a universidades o instituciones científicas como investigadores independientes. Las propuestas deberán plantear una relación directa con alguno de los cuatro bloques temáticos.
Conference paper proposals can be presented by scholars affiliated to universities and/or research institutions, as well as by independent scholars. Paper proposals authored by four or more people will not be accepted. All proposals must be directly related to one of the proposed themes.
Edición y difusión de resultados | Conference proceedings
Las comunicaciones seleccionadas serán publicadas en las Actas del Congreso, editadas en papel y en formato digital por una editorial de prestigio, con ISBN y todos los requisitos necesarios para su consideración como publicación científica. El Libro de Actas será entregado a todos los inscritos en el Congreso en el momento en que registren su llegada.
All selected papers will be included in the Conference proceedings, published in both printed and digital formats by a prestigious academic editorial house, including ISBN number and all other requirements to be officially acknowledged as a research product. One printed copy of the conference proceedings will be gifted to all registered speakers and attendees when they present themselves at the registration desk.

Propuestas de comunicación| Conference paper proposals
Communication proposals must be submitted in Spanish or English, with a maximum length of 500 words. Proposals must be submitted using the form available on the Congress platform . Once the proposals have been received, a blind peer review will be carried out, selecting those considered to be of sufficient interest and quality and inviting the authors to submit a complete article in accordance with the established style and deadline rules.
Conference paper proposals will be presented either in Spanish or English, with a maximum extension of 500 words. Abstracts will be submitted through the conference online platform . All proposals will be subjected to peer-review. Only those considered of interest for the topics of the congress, and fulfilling the required quality standards, will be accepted. Their authors will be invited to present a full paper, following the style guide and complying with the established deadlines.
Comunicaciones completas | Conference papers
Las propuestas aceptadas se presentarán en español o inglés. Se ajustarán al formato del documento Plantilla_comunicación y a las normas de estilo que en él se especifican. El envío de las comunicaciones completas se realizará a través del formulario disponible en la plataforma del Congreso no permitiéndose el envío por ningún otro medio. El incumplimiento de dichas normas supondrá la exclusión de la comunicación sin derecho a devolución de cuotas.
El envío del texto completo de la comunicación implica suscribir el código ético internacional de autores para la realización de publicaciones
científicas responsables. Se reconoce con ello que el texto no ha sido publicado ni está siendo actualmente evaluado en otra publicación, sino
que se trata de un trabajo inédito cuyo contenido es de autoría original y propia, y que se ha participado en todas las fases de su elaboración
sin incurrir en plagio, invención, manipulación o distorsión. Se reconoce, igualmente, la adecuada citación de datos, figuras, tablas y gráficos,
así como la posesión de los permisos necesarios, si estos existieran, para la reproducción en cualquier soporte de todo material ajeno,
asumiendo siempre el coste de los derechos de reproducción o de cualquier incidencia derivada de la infracción de los derechos de propiedad
intelectual o comercial
Full papers will be accepted either in Spanish or English. They will adhere to the format of the “Full paper template” and to the style guide that are specified therein. Conference papers will be submitted through the conference online platform. Papers not complying with the style guide will be rejected, without any right to registration fee refunds.
The submission of the full text of the communication involves the acceptance of the international code of ethics for the responsible publication of scientific proposals. By doing so, participants recognize that the text is unpublished, that it is not being evaluated by another publication, and that therefore it is and original paper, the authorship of which belongs solely to the participants, who must have been involved in the entirety of its content, not incurring in plagiarism, or the invention, manipulation or distortion of facts. The text must adequately reference the sources of images, tables, graphics and information, and the author must have the necessary permissions for the reproduction of said materials in all formats, assuming in all cases the costs of their reproduction or of any incident deriving from the infringement of intellectual or commercial property rights.
Oral presentations | Oral Presentations
During the Congress, the papers selected for oral presentation will have a strict maximum of 15 minutes for their presentation. You may use a slide presentation with a .ppt or .pdf extension. It is mandatory to use the presentation template prepared by the organization. The uploaded file must be renamed with the presentation reference received by email.
During the conference, the authors of all accepted papers will have a maximum of 15 minutes to present their work, either in Spanish or English. PPT or PDF slide presentations are suggested.
